About Darci

Darci A. V. Phillips joined Davis & Cannon, LLP as an associate in March of 2018. Prior to joining the firm she worked for nearly 10 years as a deputy county and prosecuting attorney for Sheridan County, Wyoming. During that time she represented the State in 16 jury trials and numerous bench trials.

Darci is admitted to practice in the State of Wyoming, the State of Colorado, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Her practice includes general civil litigation and criminal defense.

Darci graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2008 and was named the Peter C. Maxfield Most Outstanding Graduating Student. While in law school she served as an Articles Editor for the Wyoming Law Review, and as both the Vice President and President of the Student Bar Association (Potter Law Club). Darci interned for the Wyoming Public Defender’s Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Spence Law Firm in Jackson, Wyoming, and the Domestic Violence Legal Services Clinic.

Prior to law school, Darci completed undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Wyoming. She was a member of the Wyoming Cowgirls basketball team from 1999-2003, earning the Nicole Ryder “Nobody Did it Better” award.

On November 1, 2018 Darci was appointed by the Wyoming Supreme Court to serve as a member of the Board of Law Examiners.
