David C. Cimo specializes in all aspects of commercial litigation, creditors' rights, restructuring and bankruptcy. He represents various clients in complex commercial litigation matters including legal and accounting malpractice litigation, officer and director liability litigation, contract disputes, insurance disputes, foreclosures, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial landlord/tenant and collection matters. Mr. Cimo also represents debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors' committees in large-asset, litigation intensive Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and trustees, creditors, receivers and other parties in interest in other insolvency proceedings.

He is a 1988 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an Article and Comments Editor of the Entertainment and Sports Law Journal. Mr. Cimo earned from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in 1985.
