About David
David E. Gray, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Gray Law Group, LLC. He represents individuals and businesses throughout the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area relating to a variety of legal business matters.
David represents businesses in connection with legal formation, operating agreements, contract disputes, union contracts, joint ventures, employment issues and buy/sale agreements with other publicly traded organizations. Corporate litigation, including complex tort and contract disputes, are a cornerstone of Gray Law Group’s business practice.
David represents individuals in connection with personal injury, wrongful death, serious bodily injury, criminal defense, real estate, litigation and matrimonial actions. For example, he successfully represented the parents of a murdered child, enabling the parents to provide a victim impact statement at a juvenile waiver hearing – a first in New Jersey. David also serves as a mediator for divorce and matrimonial cases and has been appointed as an Early Settlement Panelist by the court. He is certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts in mediation training.
David served as an adjunct professor at Centenary University (Business Law), Sussex County Community College and St. Peter’s University. He has lectured on various areas of the law before community organizations and has testified before the state Senate Judiciary Committee regarding pending legislation. He has appeared on CNN, News12 New Jersey, Fox 5-Philadelphia, Channel 9 and Channel 11 news regarding a variety of cases. He has been quoted in the “Star Ledger,” “Daily Record,” “New Jersey Herald” and various local newspapers regarding cases he has successfully litigated.
David was twice elected as a Councilman and serves as Deputy Mayor of Byram Township in New Jersey.
David is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business (B.S.) and the Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D.) with honors.
