Appellee: Attorney for the appellee, Kelly Services, Inc. This case was an appeal to a personal injury case. Nancy Claire Cherry, plaintiff and appellant, was injured when a truck driven by Craig Campbell struck her vehicle. Campbell was hired by Kelly Services Inc. as a temporary employee and assigned to the Sands and Company as a driver. Cherry brought suit against the three. Kelly Services moved for a summary judgement which was granted on the part of agency but denied on the part of negligent hiring. Cherry appealed the summary judgment and Kelly Services cross appeals the denial of its motion for summary judgement on the issue of negligent hiring. After review of the case and all of the evidence provided it was determined that the court did not err in their decision. Both appeals were subsequently denied and the judgments affirmed.
