About David
Mr. Huberman is a partner in the Subrogation Department. He exclusively devotes his practice to the prosecution of complex insurance subrogation matters involving products failures, fires and explosions, construction defects, water damages, structural collapses and transit and maritime claims.
Mr. Huberman is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York but practices throughout a 25-state territory utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Huberman has achieved numerous subrogation recoveries on behalf of various clients in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Mr. Huberman also regularly serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.
Mr. Huberman received his B.A., cum laude, from West Chester University in 1995 and his J.D. in 1999 from Western New England College School of Law.
