A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. Returning to his home state, he takes great pride in serving his community both inside and outside the courtroom.
