David Harvey is Harvey Abens Iosue Co.'s (HAI) founding member and focuses his legal practice in the areas of: Civil Litigation; Estate Planning and Probate Law; Business and Transactional Law; and Criminal Defense. David is an experienced litigator with trial and arbitration experience in many venues in Ohio, both state and federal court. Before becoming an attorney, David started and ran a successful small business for over a decade.  David’s non-legal, professional experience gives him a unique perspective in assisting a wide array of clients in various legal areas.
