About David
David C. Newton, served his country as a U.S. Marine for five years. After serving honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps, David graduated magna cum laude from State University of New York College at Brockport with a B.S. in Business and Economics. David then continued on to obtain his law degree cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
After obtaining his law degree David worked as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP as a complex commercial litigator working for our nation’s largest companies. David then took his talents to the District Attorney’s office in New York City. After prosecuting thousands of cases in New York City, David accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) with the District Attorney’s office in Boston working in the Dorchester District Court. David’s talents were quickly recognized and he rose to the position as the Supervising ADA at the South Boston District Court.
David then took his wealth of experience from his time as a U.S. Marine, Attorney at Goodwin Procter, and ADA in two of our nation’s largest cities to start The Newton Law Firm, which is dedicated to protecting his clients’ rights.
