I was able to get this case reduced from a DUI 3rd (120-day mandatory minimum) reduced to a Reckless Driving.State v. Campbell
Client was charged with receiving greater than 50 grams of cocaine via USPS. I successfully argued for no jail time and for the charge to be dismissed after probation if completed successfully.State v. Beane

51-2018-CR-01099. We took this case to jury trial and the judge dismissed it following the close of evidence for an acquittal.
