David Justin Rissman | Attorney

David Rissman is a highly skilled litigator with a focus on wrongful death, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, and general civil litigation. Raised in Orlando, he graduated with honors from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Rissman then received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University School of Law where he competed on the school’s nationally renowned mock trial team.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Rissman joined one of Florida’s largest and most prestigious civil trial firms, where he defended major insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of civil matters. This opportunity allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the defense perspective and gain valuable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies. Crucially, it also gave him invaluable experience in the courtroom, where he successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.

Mr. Rissman then shifted has focused to representing the victims of negligence, passionately representing injured people seeking justice. Using his extensive litigation experience and his understanding of both defense and plaintiff perspectives, he now navigates the complexities of legal cases with his unique blend of precision, compassion, and determination.
