About David
David Sarnoff is dedicated to representing the rights of aggrieved individuals in the areas of Employment and Civil Rights litigation. His practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, and other employment torts, as well as police misconduct and excessive force cases. During his career, David has litigated against many of the largest companies in the world.
Education
David Sarnoff graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in December 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Minor in Physics. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2005 and graduate both Cum Laude and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Experience
David began his career as a business litigator at the law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach, California . In 2007, he joined the plaintiff's litigation firm of Mancini & Associates, where he practiced in the fields of Employment, Civil Rights, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice litigation. During law school, David was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin, Magistrate Judge in the Central District of California, and the Honorable William Bedsworth, Justice of the California Court of Appeal, 4th District.
