David Zaslavsky | New York Divorce Lawyer

David was born behind the Iron Curtain, in Riga, Latvia. In 1979, a bright-eyed David arrived aboard a Pan Am flight to Kennedy Airport. His family settled in Brooklyn and he’s been a bagel-loving Brooklynite since. David attended New York University, graduating with a B.A. in History. After a gap year, getting his feet wet at a New York City law firm, David decided law was his true calling and went on to receive his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003, his practice has been focused solely on the areas of Family and Matrimonial Law. Throughout the last decade he has become intimately familiar with every aspect of this complicated area of the law, but more importantly he has become familiar with the judges, referees, and support magistrates that decide these cases in the Family Courts and Supreme Courts of the five boroughs of New York City.​
