Dawn Marie Mondus, Attorney

Dawn Marie Mondus graduated from Hamline University in 1990 and was admitted to the MN Bar in that same year. A year later Ms. Mondus was also admitted to the Wisconsin Bar. Ms. Mondus has regularly practiced for 19 years in the area of Family Law including Divorce, Custody, Separation, Property settlements, Support, Pre-nuptials, and Domestic Abuse. Ms. Mondus’ practice focuses on the family and attempts to resolve issues through mediation in order to keep the couple in control of their divorce and to keep costs from spinning out of control. It is Ms. Mondus’ mission is to help parties to resolve their differences amicably so that they can continue to work amicably together in the future when addressing issues regarding their children. Couples that resolve their dissolutions through mediation spend far less time in court and in attorneys’ fees not only in the initial divorce, but also in the future with post-dissolution issues like custody, visitation, child support, etc.
