Probate, Wills and Trusts: Administration of decedents' estates through court or private proceedings. Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Representation in probate and trust disputes.

Guardianships and Conservatorships: Representation in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Preparation of fiduciary accounts and reports.

Termination of Parental Rights and Step-Parent Adoption: Representation in termination of parental rights and step-parent adoption proceedings.

Family Law: Representation in family law matters including marital dissolution and legal separation, child custody, support issues and property division.

Ms. Ferras currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the Solano County Family and Small Claims Courts. She is a former President of Solano County Women Lawyers, and she served as Treasurer of the Solano County Bar Association.
