Deborah Frimmel, Esq. is the managing partner of the Frimmel Law Group, P.A., located in Orlando Florida. The Frimmel Law Group, P.A. represents clients in employment litigation and labor relations matters nationally. Ms. Frimmel has been practicing law for thirteen years and has spent her legal career representing clients exclusively in employment related matters.

Prior to establishing the Frimmel Law Group, Ms. Frimmel was of counsel from 2001 to 2007 to Jackson Lewis L.L.P., a national employment defense firm with 750 attorneys in 25 offices. At Jackson Lewis L.L.P. Ms. Frimmel represented mostly Fortune 500 corporations. Her practice included representing employers regarding all aspects of employment and labor law.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis L.L.P., Ms. Frimmel was an associate attorney with Holland & Knight, L.L.P., with almost 1000 attorneys nationwide, where she continued her practice in the area of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Holland & Knight LLP, Ms. Frimmel was an associate attorney with Garwood, McKenna, McKenna & Wolf, P.A. (now Ford & Harrison, L.L.P.), a labor and employment law firm, where she devoted her practice to management employment and labor law.

Ms. Frimmel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with high honors from Villanova University, Philadelphia, Pa. in 1990 and received my Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1996. While attending law school, she was an active member of the Moot Court Team and served as Law Clerk to General Counsel and Labor and Employment Counsel at Coulter Corporation (now Beckman Coulter) in Miami, Florida.

In addition to her firm experience, Ms. Frimmel has been a featured speaker at management seminars and workshops regarding almost every facet of employment law and litigation for Lorman Educational Services, The Defense Research Institute, The Counsel on Education in Management ("CEM"), Workforce Central Florida University, the University of Phoenix as well as the American Association of Corporate Counsel.
