For more than 30 years, Dennis Anthony Lopez, Esq., has represented the seriously injured, or the families and loved ones of those killed, due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others.
Dennis Lopez, a Tampa Bay area native, attended Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida, and obtained both his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Florida, receiving his Juris Doctorate with honors in 1981.
Mr. Lopez began his legal career in 1982 with the Manhattan, New York, law firm of Lipsig, Sullivan & Liapakis, at that time the largest personal-injury law firm in New York State. There he worked under the tutelage of the firm’s founder and senior partner, Harry S. Lipsig, a legendary legal figure in New York trial jurisprudence.
Mr. Lopez returned to his native state of Florida in the mid-1980s, and continued to concentrate his practice exclusively in the field of plaintiffs’ personal-injury and wrongful-death claims.
In the more than 30 years of his legal career, Dennis Lopez has represented and concluded thousands of cases on behalf of his clients, in a wide range of areas, including claims based on automobile negligence, medical malpractice, defective and dangerous products and drugs, unsafe premises, and other areas described herein. From a routine automobile accident, to a catastrophic loss of a child or loss of a parent of young children, Mr. Lopez has personally assisted his clients in seeking a full measure of justice to reclaim what has been taken from them.
