Dennis joined Lowenthal & Abrams, Injury Attorneys in 1986 after serving under Attorney General Dick Thornburgh in the criminal environmental section. Prior to joining Thornburgh, Dennis served with the Attorney General of West Virginia, beginning as an Assistant Attorney and working his way up to Deputy Attorney General.

Dennis obtained his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law. In his personal life, Dennis is married and the proud father of two children. In his spare time he likes to grow a large vegetable garden each year and engage in woodworking and cycling.
