Reuben A. Aguirre is a plaintiff-side litigator who represents employees and consumers in individual matters and class actions. He is admitted to practice in California and Colorado. Reuben began his legal career as an associate at two international law firms, where he focused on technology litigation, data privacy, and white collar government investigations. His early practice placed him on the defense side of significant civil and government matters involving major technology and Fortune 50 companies. He draws on that institutional perspective when advocating for current consumer and employee clients. He earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he externed for a federal judge in the Northern District of Illinois, participated in the Supreme Court clinic, completed advanced trial advocacy coursework, and served as an editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy. He was a collegiate debater at the University of Denver. Before law school, he worked for Colorado Legal Services in its migrant farmworker division. Reuben has deep roots in Southern Colorado, has lived and worked in California, and continues to serve clients there. His practice focuses on employment law, consumer protection, and class action litigation.

My grandfather, Carlos Cadena, argued several times before the United States Supreme Court and my mother, Mary Elizabeth Galvan, is a prominent attorney in Laramie, Wyoming. After graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law, I worked for a large downtown Denver family law firm, where I gained experience handling divorces and marital estates comprising millions of dollars in assets. I learned early on that Family law requires a special touch. I use a balanced approach, treading lightly tender emotions, but pressing aggressively when necessary. From experience, I know when to compromise and when to press forward in pursuit of my clients’ interests. Joseph Welsh is a dedicated member of Singleton Schreiber’s Environmental Litigation practice group, where he advocates for communities impacted by environmental harm. He is committed to seeking justice for those affected by toxic torts, environmental contamination, and pollution. With a background in environmental law, Joe has a passion for protecting the environment and has gained extensive experience in complex litigation, representing public water systems and community organizations in cases involving PFAS, fire-related toxins, and air and water pollution. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Joe worked as an Environmental Justice Staff Attorney at Lone Star Legal Aid, where he played a pivotal role in challenging petrochemical environmental permit applications in environmental justice communities. His experience includes petitioning the EPA to object to an oil refinery’s Title V permit and drafting a notice of intent to sue the EPA for unreasonable delay under Clean Air Act citizen suit provisions on behalf of environmental justice community organizations. Earlier in his career, Joe served as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado's Fourth Judicial District, handling over 1,000 cases and prosecuting thirty misdemeanor trials focused on child abuse, domestic violence, assault, DUI charges, and careless driving resulting in death. Joe earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated on environmental and energy law and served as President of the Environmental Law Society. Joe recently earned an LL.M. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing ice hockey, running, and reading. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.

Attorney Jeremy Rosenthal is dedicated to helping his clients seek just compensation for their injuries regardless of the lengths he has to go to or the distances he may have to travel in order to get it. His determination to aggressively advocate for his clients is exemplified by a case where his client suffered burns from a defective BBQ grill made in China. To secure a deposition from the CEO, Jeremy flew halfway around the world to meet with him. The case settled within a month of his return home. Before he started fighting for plaintiff’s rights, he worked for insurance companies doing insurance defense work. Noelle Webster serves as an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, supporting the Fire Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups based in the Denver office. With a solid foundation in personal injury, mass tort, and medical malpractice litigation, Ms. Webster brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Ms. Webster's legal career began while she was still a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs' firm, in San Diego, where she immersed herself in the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Upon passing the California Bar in 2021, Ms. Webster joined the same leading firm she clerked at as an Associate Attorney, where she further honed her skills in litigating complex personal injury actions. Her experience includes drafting and managing critical legal documents, preparing for mediation and trial, and conducting expert depositions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Webster is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the legal community, participating in organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ms. Webster now resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two dogs. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Yohania is a litigator who focuses on high-stakes, complex environmental and civil litigation. Her practice spans state and federal courts nationwide and focuses on environmental contamination, toxic torts, climate accountability, and appellate advocacy.

Robert Saunooke is a citizen of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and has been practicing law for over 35 years. Over his career, Robert’s practice has focused on representing Native American tribes, their members and litigating Native American issues. He has served as legislative counsel for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians; Policy Advisor for the Chairman of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and outside counsel to tribes across the Country.

Jessica Meeder is Senior Counsel at Singleton Schreiber and part of the firm’s Environmental Litigation group, where she focuses on complex litigation strategy, briefing, and advocacy.

Kevin Hannon is a partner in Singleton Schreiber and a member of our environmental litigation, mass tort, and personal injury and wrongful death practice groups. Mr. Hannon has extensive experience in successfully litigating environmental cases in multiple state and federal courts. Two of Mr. Hannon’s environmental trials, Orjias v. Louisiana-Pacific and Escamilla v. Asarco, achieved the largest jury awards in environmental cases in Colorado at the time of verdict. The Escamilla case resulted in a $28 million verdict and the cleanup of a neighborhood of 570 homes. His work in NWIS v. Public Service resulted in the application for closure of a leaking underground natural gas storage facility. In Wilks v. Phelps Dodge, Mr. Hannon acted as lead counsel on behalf of a community with contaminated groundwater and achieved a settlement that included a medical monitoring program, replacement drinking water wells, and monetary compensation for his clients. In many of Mr. Hannon’s environmental cases, he has negotiated not only a monetary payment for his clients, but also remediation of the contamination. Mr. Hannon is currently serving as the Chair of the Class Action Committee for Depo-Provera Injection Litigation. He has served and now serves as lead counsel in several environmental class actions in several states including Arizona and Missouri. Mr. Hannon has successfully completed cases involving air, groundwater, soil and noise pollution and continues to represent businesses and individuals for personal injury and property damage from solvents, heavy metals, lead waste, lead paint, radiation, pesticides, petroleum products, and other substances. Mr. Hannon has given dozens of seminar presentations for professional attorneys’ associations during the past three decades. His recent seminars for the American Association for Justice included “Rapid Response Seminar: Recent Train Derailments: Environmental and Toxic Torts, Damages,” March 2023; “Avoiding Federal Court By Avoiding Snap Removal,” July 2022; and “Update on Medical Monitoring Case Law,” July 2021. Prior to joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Hannon established The Hannon Law Firm in 1988. Before beginning his law career, Mr. Hannon worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the air quality and toxic substances programs. Mr. Hannon graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. He earned a master’s degree cum laude in environmental management from Duke University. During law school, Mr. Hannon served as science advisor for Trial Lawyers for Public Justice (TLPJ), a national public interest law firm. Mr. Hannon is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), American Association of Justice, and bar and trial associations for the District of Columbia, Missouri, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. He chaired the American Association of Justice’s Environmental and Toxics Committee from 2022-2023. In 2024, Mr. Hannon was elected as one of six Governing Board Members with Public Justice. Mr. Hannon’s work has been recognized with numerous professional awards, including the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice Foundation in Washington, D.C., and CTLA’s “Case of the Year” and “Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer” awards. Mr. Hannon is admitted to practice in the state courts of Colorado, the District of Columbia, Missouri, New Hampshire, Wyoming and Wisconsin; the U.S. District Court for the districts of Arizona, Colorado, and the Eastern and Western districts of Missouri; the First, Third, Eighth, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Since moving to Denver, Mr. Hannon has served on the Management Committee for the NCAA Men’s Final Four Basketball Tournament. He worked for the Colorado Baseball Partnership and on the Management Committee for the Colorado Baseball Commission in the efforts to build a new baseball-only stadium and to locate a Major League Baseball franchise in Colorado.
