Diane Englander Peyser represents employees in wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination matters, including sexual harassment, disability discrimination, LGBT discrimination, hostile work environment, whistleblower, FMLA, and New Jersey Family Leave Act claims. She also counsels clients on severance agreements, restrictive covenants, prevailing wage law, and unemployment appeals.

Before focusing on employment law, Diane spent many years at New York Life Insurance Company in New York City as a Director of Systems, designing and programming software for the agency force and internal customers. That background gives her an unusual lens on how large employers operate internally, which informs how she builds cases on behalf of the employees who work for them.

Diane is a mediator qualified pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-10 and has successfully mediated disputes in contract, landlord-tenant, and family law matters. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and NELA-NJ.
