Mr. Hardeman has tried over 200 jury trials as lead counsel. These cases have involved automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability issues including mass tort claims in the breast implant pedicle screw and latex glove litigation.
He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and holds the rank of Diplomate. Mr. Hardeman is also an active member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel where he has chaired the medical malpractice section and currently serves on the drug, device and biotechnology section and the producs liability section.
