Primary Practice Location: Corinth, Texas
Fee: A renewable, non-refundable retainer is required. The amount of the retainer required depends on the type of case you have and how close you are to trial, or major deadlines. As of the time of writing, a retainer for General Civil Litigation is $5,000.00. A retainer for a Divorce or Custody case is $4,000.00. A $2,500.00 retainer may be appropriate for Family Law cases with very limited issues. These amounts are subject to change. A cost deposit may also be required. Major credit cards are accepted.
