Douglas F. Landrum is an experienced corporate and business attorney with the firm's business practice.
Mr. Landrum is experienced in formation, maintenance, acquisitions and mergers of business entities including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. He is experienced in advising owners, officers, directors and managers concerning corporate and entity governance. His experience includes structuring and negotiating contracts and agreements frequently encountered by regional business enterprises such as technology development, transfer and ownership agreements.
