About David

Dave was born and raised in Spokane. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Washington and is a 1975 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.

With the firm since 1977, Dave’s practice has focused on business and commercial matters, with emphasis on creditor-debtor relations and remedies, including collections, construction claims, liens, work outs, reorganizations, and extension agreements. Dave also is the coordinator of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and works in business and estate planning.

Dave has served on the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar of the Eastern District of Washington. Dave is also a member of the Creditor/Debtor Section of the State Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Idaho State Bar. He also has served as a member of the Spokane City Planning Commission.

Dave served as President of the firm in 2012.
