Carl G. Zoecklein, graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1989, passed the New Jersey Bar in 1990 and became a licensed Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He has maintained his own law office as a solo practitioner since that time, having had offices at 688 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; 642 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; and 737 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ where his current practice has been located since 2002. He primarily focused upon Real Estate Closings- residential and commercial- to include purchases, sale and refinances. Today his practice has evolved to include DWI/DUI, Criminal, Municipal Court, Expungements, Divorce, Loan Modifications, Landlord Tenant, Civil Law, as well as the Real Estate Closings. Zoecklein, was continuously employed by the City of Clifton, New Jersey, as a Police Officer, from June 2, 1975 to April 30, 2002, in various assignments and ranks. Domhnall (Donny) Ó’Catháin is a New Jersey trial lawyer. He has helped his clients secure tens of millions of dollars for the injuries and economic losses they have suffered from the negligence of corporations and careless people. Donny litigates personal injury cases in state court and in federal court. So far in 2024, Donny won settlements for clients such as $170,000 for an uber crash; $300,000 for rear end car crash with surgery; $375,000 for trip and fall on stairs; and $875,000 for leg and ankle fractures caused by a negligent forklift driver. In 2017, his clients (a wife and her husband) won the largest dental malpractice jury verdict in New Jersey in a case where the defendant refused to make any offers. In 2019, his client won a $1.2 million dollar jury verdict in a case where the bus company’s final offer was $200,000. During the pandemic, he tried four virtual jury trials. Three of those cases resulted in verdicts for his clients that were more than twice the final offer by the defense. In the fourth case, the defense moved from a never-pay position to a six-figure settlement before closing statements. He has many seven figure settlements in trucking crash cases and medical malpractice cases. Most of those cases settled shortly before trial. Firms throughout the tristate area refer cases to him and other New Jersey plaintiff firms bring him in as trial counsel when a case cannot be settled. Many clients have come to him because he has been recommended by lawyers who have gone against him. Carlye L. Goldstein is a partner at O’Cathain Law Group, LLC, where she practices family law. Carlye handles all areas of family and matrimonial law, from pre-nuptial agreements through divorce and into post-judgment matters. Known for her skilled writing ability, Carlye is primarily responsible within the firm for overseeing appellate briefs and the legal memoranda submitted in heavy-duty motions. While handling her own caseload of divorce cases, Carlye also handles all domestic violence cases within the firm. Domestic violence is one of the few areas of family law that involves regular trial appearances, and she has extensive experience doing that. Before Carlye entered private practice, she spent two years as a staff attorney at Partners for Women & Justice, a 501(c)(3) charity that provides legal advice to the victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Carlye’s practice at O’Cathain Law Group, LLC continues to help the victims of domestic violence and people who have been wrongly blamed for domestic violence. Donald W. Reeder is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd. For over a generation, his practice has concentrated in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Gift Tax Planning, and Estate and Trust Administration. Mr. Reeder also serves numerous clients as Executor, Trustee and/or Power of Attorney. Mr. Reeder earned his B.A. from Wesleyan University where he graduated cum laude. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Reeder is admitted to practice before the Courts of New Jersey and New York, the District Court of New Jersey and the US Supreme Court.

James P. Logan and his brother, William E. Logan (deceased), were founding partners in 1961 of Logan and Logan, Attorneys at Law, located in Englewood, New Jersey. The firm’s name was changed in 1993 to Logan, Logan and Lindsay when Robyn Lindsay became a partner. The firm merged with Harwood Lloyd, LLP. in 2006 where Mr. Logan is now Of Counsel. Throughout his career Mr. Logan represented several Bergen County municipalities as municipal attorney, planning board attorney, board of adjustment attorney, board of education attorney and sewerage authority attorney. He also was appointed and served as a municipal judge. Practice areas of his law firm included wills, trusts and estates, real estate law, municipal law, litigation and business law. With regard to community service, Mr. Logan was a member and President of the Tenafly Board of Education, a member and Chairman of the Board of the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and President of the Tenafly Presbyterian Church Board of Trustees. Mr. Logan received his B.A. from Trinity College in 1954. Upon graduation he served as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he was a navigator in the Material Air Transport Service. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1960. Mr. Logan is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1960), the United States Court of Claims, (1989) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1990).

David McBride is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd in its Commercial and Real Estate Department. Mr. McBride received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1969 and his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law in 1973. He has experience in real estate transactions, including commercial closings, residential closings, co-operative transfers and lease negotiations. Mr. McBride is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1973) and the courts of the State of New York (1983).

The undersigned previously served as the County Wide STOP DWI prosecutor supervising all of the DWI cases/dispositions while also handling all other types of criminal matters. Mr. Conway specializes in DWI/traffic matters while also handling all other types of criminal matters and regularly appearing in Federal and State Courts in New York, New Jersey and CT with offices in Chestnut Ridge, NYC and Hackensack, New Jersey.

Eric M. Mark is the founder of the Law Office of Eric M. Mark based in Newark, NJ.
