Ed, the founder of our office, has been practicing law since 1977. He received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in 1974 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Law School of Delaware in 1977. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in the United States District Court that same year. In 1989, he was admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.
Ed has been active in the Passaic County Bar Association since 1977, and served a 3-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees. He has been a Municipal Prosecutor since 1984, served as a Public Defender for many years, the attorney for the Zoning Board of Adjustment, and acting prosecutor in numerous local courts. He is active in the American Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ed appears throughout the state in the Superior and Municipal courts, as well as the federal courts on a regular basis.
Ed has extensive experience handling a wide variety of legal matters for the office. His specialties are all types of person injury matters, medical and dental malpractice, family law, criminal law, general litigation and real estate.
When not in the office, Ed can usually be found deep-sea fishing or fly-fishing in local streams and lakes.
