About Edward
Edward A. Galloway is a Shareholder concentrating in litigation, and transactions involving real estate and insurance matters. He has represented clients before numerous federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Galloway has counseled clients concerning the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of numerous real property agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, subcontract agreements, design professional agreements, and disclosure statements, among others. Mr. Galloway assists clients with all aspects of insurance coverage, including advising clients regarding appropriate insurance policies to acquire for their businesses and projects, negotiating with insurers for the purchase of insurance, tendering claims to insurers, asserting insured's rights against insurers, and litigating on behalf of insureds against insurers for ""bad faith.""
Mr. Galloway's litigation experience includes representation of clients involved in all types of real property and commercial disputes in both federal and state courts, and he represents property owners, developers and contractors in lawsuits relating to construction issues and insurance issues, among others.
