Mr. Mijak has provided legal services from the same location for nearly 40 years. Although engaged in the general practice of law, his primary areas of practice are real estate, probate and estate planning, business law and family law. He has also served as general counsel for the Village of Romeo, Macomb County, Michigan for 13 years.
His real estate experience includes the drafting of condominium documents for residential, industrial and commercial projects throughout the counties of Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer and St. Clair.
