EFREM A. ROSENFELD practices primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial law, including real estate financing, commercial construction and development, workouts and restructuring transactions, and acquisition/disposition of real property. Mr. Rosenfeld has represented clients in numerous highly- publicized leasing and development projects across Nevada. He is widely known as one of the most effective and experienced real estate attorneys in Nevada and was selected as one of Nevada's leading in-house attorneys by the Nevada Business Journal.
Prior to establishing his own practice Mr. Rosenfeld served as Corporate Counsel to The Howard Hughes Corporation and practiced at Lionel Sawyer & Collins in Las Vegas. Mr. Rosenfeld graduated from the University of Southern California. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Southwestern University School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
