About Eli
Eli D. Dweck is a partner in our Real Estate Department. Mr. Dweck represents real estate developers and corporate clients in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial and residential properties. These projects include office buildings, residential apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers and vacant land, among others. Mr. Dweck regularly negotiates complicated joint venture agreements for developments and other real estate projects, including with various institutional investors. Clients enjoy Mr. Dweck's practical business approach to complicated transactions, his creativity in structuring transactions and his ability to move quickly to complete a deal. Mr. Dweck also handles general corporate work for his clients, including licensing, restaurants, sports club operators, etc.
Mr. Dweck graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business, Bachelor of Science and received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Juris Doctor.
