About Elise
Elise Whitley is a dynamic attorney who consistently strives to provide her clients with experienced, determined and cost effective representation in the fast paced world of family law. When she is not spending time with her son Milo and husband Cameron, Elise is busy helping her clients in all phases of domestic law including, divorce, alimony, child custody, child support equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, ante-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and all other domestic matters.
Elise Whitley was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina on September 16, 1974 and admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2001. Elise attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her BA in 1996. Elise attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2001. She was a member of the Wake Forest University School of Law Moot Court Board from 1999-2001 and was elected Associate Chief Justice of the Board in 2000.
Mrs. Whitley is the Author of several articles, including "Imputing Income in Child Support Cases: What is Bad Faith Anyway?" which was published in the Family Forum, North Carolina Bar Association in March 2006.
