About Elizabeth
Elizabeth L. Juelich is an associate with Olup & Associates LLC. Ms. Juelich joined the firm in 2008 as a law clerk and transitioned to the position of associate attorney in 2009. Prior to her work with Olup & Associates LLC, Ms. Juelich worked for Minnesota Housing Partnership where she managed their grants and technical assistance programs from 2001 to 2008.
Ms. Juelich received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. She graduated from Hamline University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Political Science.
While in law school, Ms. Juelich worked as a certified student attorney through the Legal Planning Clinic for Tax-Exempt Organizations and Low Income Clients where she assisted low income clients with end of life planning by drafting wills, health care directives, and powers of attorney and advised clients on Elderly Waivers and Medical Assistance. Ms. Juelich also volunteered through the Minnesota Justice Foundation helping low income clients file for divorce.
Ms. Juelich focuses her practice on family law including divorce and estate planning.
Ms. Juelich is actively involved in the Wills for Heroes program which provides free estate planning services to First Responders and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.
