Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

1. I helped a day care center serving local children obtain a discharge in bankruptcy in the midst of a pandemic, saving not only the business but also making sure that the parents and kids had stability in these troubled times. 2. I helped an elderly woman who was in debt due to a divorce obtain a fresh start. She was so grateful for our services that she sent me and all of the staff beautiful, hand-written thank you cards.

How did you build a successful practice?

I surround myself with very smart, professional people - both lawyers and staff. They are compassionate, caring and come to work every day with a desire to do their very best for our clients.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Someone who is really good at what they do, but also someone they can talk to. A lawyer doesn't have to be arrogant or condescending.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Very. Having good relationships with the Judges and trustees is critical. Since I have been practicing in New Jersey and the Philadelphia area for 32 years, I know them all and have earned their respect. Translates into the best results for my clients.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

We describe the whole process and give a general overview of what a client can expect using the information provided.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

Tell me what your problems and concerns are and I can guide you in the right direction. Simple as that.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Compassion. Approachability. Willingness to go the extra mile for each and every client.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Seeing people who are worried and stressed transform into people who have a plan to make their lives better based on my advice and guidance.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Music, history, art, animals, sports.

Are you involved in your community?

Sure am - I am on the Board of Directors of Main Street Maple Shade, Inc., former president of the Maple Shade Rotary Club, former president of the Maple Shade Business Association. Member of the Maple Shade Police Chaplains Association, a non-profit organization that provides a bridge between the good people in blue and the community.
