About Elliot
Elliot Singer, Conduit Law’s founding attorney, has devoted his legal career to serving the greater good. He is an experienced litigator who most recently practiced as a civil rights and employment Assistant Attorney General with the Colorado Department of Law. Prior to serving as a government trial attorney, Elliot litigated on behalf of plaintiffs in state and federal district courts in private practice and also completed a judicial clerkship. His deep knowledge of the legal process enables him to guide clients throughout what is often a lengthy and overwhelming process. At the end of the day, Elliot is there for his clients at every step including during intake, pre-litigation resolution, litigation, trial, and appeal. While a successful outcome is always his top priority, Elliot works every case both strategically and professionally. He highly values maintaining positive relationships with not only clients but also lay and expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and the court. Although pre-trial resolution is sometimes an optimal result, Elliot has first-chaired numerous trials and prides himself on unparalleled preparation and knowledge of the evidence.
