About Emmanuel
As an entrepreneur for many years prior to entering the legal field, I remember just how difficult it can be to discern the legal landscape. My hope is to simplify and demystify the legal process for you. My civil practice focus allows me to represent clients in all stages of litigation as well as their transactional needs.
Prior to starting this firm, I worked as an associate with the Steele Law Firm in Bend, Oregon. I have managed client cases pertaining to Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Home Owners Associations, Landlord Tenant Disputes, Business Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death.
Prior to taking a position with the Steele Law Firm, I worked as a law clerk for the firm of Fetherston Edmonds in Salem, Oregon, where I first learned about the inner workings of an insurance defense and real estate law practice.
I have interned for Oregon State Representative Jason Conger and Oregon Senator Tim Knopp, where my work involved analyzing bills being reviewed by the healthcare and education committees.
As a student, I actively participated in the Willamette University Business Law Clinic, where I worked with non-profits, small businesses and HOA boards.
I am a family man, so when I am not hard at work, I am hard at play with my wife and three daughters.
