Brianne is a Founding Partner of her own firm, Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C., and she specializes in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Ms. Myers joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. on January 8, 2018. Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School. During her law school tenure, Ms. Myers served as Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review and was one of the founding members and treasurer of the Asian American Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Ms. Myers also participated in the Juvenile and Family Law clinic where she served as Guardian Ad Litem in family related matters to help resolve disputes of parenting time and decision-making responsibility. Ms. Myers also appeared in the Porter County Juvenile Court as a public defender for individuals facing contempt charges for failure to pay child support. Ms. Myers was a recipient of the Hoeppner, Wagner & Evans Scholarship for outstanding commitment to the law school and was awarded the Scribes Award for demonstrating the highest levels of legal professionalism and excellence in legal writing. In May 2017, Ms. Myers was inducted into the National Order of Scribes. Ms. Myers is sympathetic to the emotional strain many families endure in the field of domestic relations. Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Ms. Dominick has experience working with diverse clients at the Seattle Civil Rights Office, the Washington Moderate Means practicum and has experience in workers compensation as well as personal injury law. Mr. Carbonneau joined Pearson and Paris, P.C. in March of 2021. Mr. Carbonneau received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School. During his law school tenure, Mr. Carbonneau focused on building his litigation experience. He interned for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Denver Office. There, he assisted both the trial and investigations teams in the detection of financial crimes and the prosecution of those crimes. After working for the SEC, Stephen worked for the Adams County District Attorneys Office where he appeared as a prosecutor in misdemeanor and traffic cases. After graduating law school in 2018, Mr. Carbonneau was offered a position with the Grand County District Attorney’s Office. In that role, Mr. Carbonneau was responsible for all aspects of prosecuting cases. He handled everything ranging from jury trials to motions hearings, bond hearings, appeals, and plea negotiations. In April of 2020, Mr. Carbonneau left his position with the Grand County District Attorney’s Office to start his own solo law practice. While thriving as a solo practitioner, Mr. Carbonneau broadened his expertise from criminal to other areas of law such as family law and landlord-tenant disputes. Brian Murphy is a practicing lawyer in the state of Colorado handling personal injury and business matters.

After gaining legal experience prosecuting criminal cases in the County, Juvenile, and District Courts, Kevin went to the Douglas County office in 2002 and continued to handle cases in the District Courts, becoming a Senior Deputy in 2005. Kevin left the District Attorney’s Office in December 2006. That is when Kevin began his career of representing those charged with crimes. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of California at Berkeley Law School, Mr. Muller has been practicing law in Denver, Colorado for more than 45 years. His practice has emphasized all aspects of business law, for both United States and international businesses. Mr. Muller brings extensive experience to his practice. Over a 20-year period, he was vice president and general counsel for Samsonite™ Corporation and general counsel for Gates® Corporation. He was also with the Gorsuch, Kirgis law firm, and the Conover, McClean and Heppenstall law firm, in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Muller has a wealth of experience in the development and operation of private power projects in Colorado, serving as Executive Director of the Colorado Independent Energy Association for 20 years.

Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.

Eric developed his passion for law as an undergraduate in Austin, Texas. During law school at the University of Indiana at Bloomington, Eric focused his studies on business law and contracts because he knew that he wanted to assist small and medium sized business owners realize their entrepreneurial dreams. After law school, Eric completed his M.B.A. in Germany at the University of Stuttgart in 2008. As an attorney Eric has experience practicing in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals and in courts throughout the Denver metro area. Eric has also successfully navigated the bureaucratic morass of federal and Colorado state administrative law on behalf of his clients. He has also dedicated a portion of his time pro-bono legal work with Denver Metro Volunteer Lawyer’s Family Law Court Program, a program which assists and represents litigants in family proceedings who may otherwise be unable to afford representation. Eric understands the complexities of starting and maintaining a business and can guide a small business through the start up process, acquisition of capital, employer/employee relationships, changing business entity status, mergers, and handling international disputes. As a German speaker and a former resident of Germany, Eric also has an advanced understanding of German business practices and economics that he uses to assist clients as they develop their businesses in the German market.
