Ronnie was born and raised in New York. He has always had a passion for the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Throughout high school, college, and law school he made many trips out west to spend time on the ski slopes. During that time he also discovered a love for business and the law. He attended Cornell University for their excellent business program, and received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing in 1999. While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law he was able to spend a summer at the Central European University where he concentrated his studies on alternative dispute resolution techniques including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property in 2003. With a law degree in hand, Ronnie moved to Colorado to be nearer to the mountains he loves. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003. Since then, Ronnie has focused his legal career to assist clients in the areas of intellectual property (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, and patents), business, real estate, personal injury and probate law. When Ronnie is not working, he is happily enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer: skiing, mountain biking, tennis, white water rafting, and four-wheeling.

Since entering private practice, Les Roos has specialized in commercial real estate and business law. He has practiced as a partner in a Washington, D.C. law firm, a partner in a firm that was one of Denver’s largest, and as founding member of a small specialty firm in Denver. He has been selected one of Colorado's "Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics and 5280 Denver's Magazine. In over 40 years as a lawyer, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of commercial and residential real estate. Although he concentrates on representation of small, entrepreneurial real estate entities, he has also represented numerous institutional lenders and real estate companies including being the lead attorney from start to finish, assemblage, redevelopment, construction, sale and leasing, for two large redevelopment projects in Aspen, Colorado – a mixed use residential/retail condominium project and a residential condominium/hotel project, both in excess of $100 million. Les has represented sellers and buyers in vacant and improved land sales and his leasing experience, on behalf of both landlords and tenants, includes office buildings, retail and industrial centers, and ground leases. He has prepared all types of condominium and other common interest ownership documents, representing both the project developers and owners associations. He also has extensive experience in negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts and resolving disputes pertaining to these contracts. He has negotiated and drafted loan documents for secured and unsecured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers, including workouts of distressed properties and foreclosures. His practice includes all aspects of limited liability company, partnership, and corporate law, in formation as well as in disputes and dissolutions. He has also represented buyers and sellers in numerous business sale transactions. A graduate and Law Review Editor of the College of William & Mary School of Law, he has served in leadership positions in a number of community and charitable organizations. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Roos was a professional baseball player and has been inducted into the Temple University Athletic Hall of Fame.

Tom Bulger has been a member of the firm (then known as Silvern Law Offices, PC) 1996 when he moved to Colorado here from Philadelphia, where he had worked for a large personal injury law firm. He is a graduate of Canisius College (honors in History, and International Affairs) and Rutgers University School of Law (1993). He has worked as a clerk for a United States District Court Judge and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in its criminal and Organized Crime Divisions. He has been successful as sole trial counsel and also before appellate courts. His record in jury trial includes verdicts for our clients of $640,000.00 (motorcycle accident), $160,000.00 (auto accident); and over $500,000 (slip and fall on ice in the mountains). Recently his appellate advocacy on appeal preserved a $470,000.00 judgment that he had won in Adams County in a slip and fall case. He has also obtained millions of dollars in quiet, confidential settlement for our clients, and has received a rating of 4.4 of 5 from the Martindale-Hubble peer review process (Distinguished) and 4.8 of 5 (Preeminent) based on client surveys. Tom has handled cases all over Colorado, from trials in the Denver Metro area (Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Boulder, Lakewood, Littleton, Thorton and Broomfield) to the mountains. He is currently the managing member of the firm. In addition to his background in personal injury law, he has developed a strong employee benefit practice which focuses on long term disability, short term disability, medical (and other insurance benefits), and ERISA cases (the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974). He has helped hundreds of Colorado workers obtain needed insurance benefits.

Mr. Pearson has 30 years experience in business law, business management and consulting. Mr. Pearson has an extensive background in business transactions and litigation and he routinely advises on matters related to both. He founded and is chairman of the board of RiverReach Youth Initiative, an organization that helps young people gain a sense of responsibility to their community and environment, rewarding participating youth with recreational outings. He holds a B.S. and Juris Doctorate degrees and lectures frequently in the areas of business and related liability issues including recreational liability. Ms. Myers joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. on January 8, 2018. Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School. During her law school tenure, Ms. Myers served as Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review and was one of the founding members and treasurer of the Asian American Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Ms. Myers also participated in the Juvenile and Family Law clinic where she served as Guardian Ad Litem in family related matters to help resolve disputes of parenting time and decision-making responsibility. Ms. Myers also appeared in the Porter County Juvenile Court as a public defender for individuals facing contempt charges for failure to pay child support. Ms. Myers was a recipient of the Hoeppner, Wagner & Evans Scholarship for outstanding commitment to the law school and was awarded the Scribes Award for demonstrating the highest levels of legal professionalism and excellence in legal writing. In May 2017, Ms. Myers was inducted into the National Order of Scribes. Ms. Myers is sympathetic to the emotional strain many families endure in the field of domestic relations. Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Ms. Dominick has experience working with diverse clients at the Seattle Civil Rights Office, the Washington Moderate Means practicum and has experience in workers compensation as well as personal injury law. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of California at Berkeley Law School, Mr. Muller has been practicing law in Denver, Colorado for more than 45 years. His practice has emphasized all aspects of business law, for both United States and international businesses. Mr. Muller brings extensive experience to his practice. Over a 20-year period, he was vice president and general counsel for Samsonite™ Corporation and general counsel for Gates® Corporation. He was also with the Gorsuch, Kirgis law firm, and the Conover, McClean and Heppenstall law firm, in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Muller has a wealth of experience in the development and operation of private power projects in Colorado, serving as Executive Director of the Colorado Independent Energy Association for 20 years.

Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.
