About Eric
Eric C. Brunick is a seasoned professional of the technology industry and the legal profession.
From 2005 to the present, he has litigated complex issues regarding technology disputes, consumer fraud, insurance coverage disputes, and breach of contract in State and Federal Court as well as arbitration forums. Mr. Brunick brings to bear a wealth of knowledge regarding not only the process of litigation in various courts, but in the substantive legal areas of fraud and breach of contract, and the normal business practices of the technology and consulting industries.
Mr. Brunick graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he received the CALI Award for highest grade in Legal Writing II and Consumer Health Benefits Seminar. Mr. Brunick completed Kent’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, and was a semifinalist in the Charles Evans Hughes Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Brunick also possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an in-depth knowledge of technology and the software design process, He is an expert in usability, user experience and software design.
