About Eric
Eric L. Kirschner: As a former Federal law clerk, Eric is experienced in unique and interesting types of litigation. He also serves as mediator and arbitrator for persons who would rather settle their disputes outside of the courtroom. Supervising transportation claims and the resolution of intricate insurance coverage matters are only a small part of his range of practice areas. Once outside of the office, Eric often finds a snow-covered mountain to ski down somewhere between Taos, New Mexico and the Canadian Rockies to relax.
