About Eric

Eric M. Brown is a Partner in the Chester Springs office of Siana Bellwoar. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law, employment discrimination, civil rights, land use and zoning, real estate, public official and police liability, election law and school law.   

Eric is experienced in protecting the rights of both employees and employers in cases of unlawful employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge. He also counsels property owners in the area of real estate, land use and zoning.

As a litigator, Eric has successfully represented litigants - both plaintiffs and defendants - in a wide array of disputes including contract disputes, employment disputes, wrongful discharge, retaliation, defamation, debt collection, real estate and property disputes (property boundaries, easements, failure to disclose), stormwater and sewer damage and homeowner association disputes.

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association and its Litigation Section; the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Municipal Law and Education Law sections and the Chester County Bar Association and its Municipal and Land Use Law section. He is also a member of a local Rotary Club.
