About Erica
Erica received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2022. During law school, she interned at the Chicago-Kent Family Law Clinic. During her tenure there, she assisted with a variety of family law matters. She also served as the treasurer of the Racial Equity Advocacy Alliance at Chicago-Kent. As a student she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest-class grade in her Justice and Technology class.
Erica graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Political Science. While there she interned at a small family law firm.
During law school, Erica clerked at a real estate law firm where she aided clients in a variety of areas including landlord-tenant law, small business claims, and business contract negotiations.
Here at A. Traub & Associates, Erica is excited to be a part of the family law team. This is where her legal passion lies. She is committed to providing families a smooth transition during a difficult time in their lives. In addition to her legal skills, Erica is also fluent in Spanish.
