Ernest G. Ianetti, Esq. has been practicing law since 1986.  Ernest is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School, Newark and a summa cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford.

Ernest G. Ianetti began his career working with Raymond A. Brown, Esq., one of the nations foremost criminal defense and civil rights attorneys.  

The Ianetti firm has represented criminal defendants involved in white collar crimes, Medicaid fraud, violent crimes, including capital matters, and street crimes.  Ernest has served as designated counsel to the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender as well as the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law.  In that capacity he has handled over 3,000 criminal matters.

  Challenge to 1986 amendments to federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act. 36 law enforcement and firefighter clients permitted to retire with recoupment of all vacation and sick time.

• Newark Community Health Centers, Inc. v. New Jersey DMAHS (Unpublished)
  10 year challenge to State Medicaid revision of reimbursement and billing rate. DMHAS waived all claims to recoupment of $6,000,000 of paid claims.
