QUESTIONNAIRE
Clients came to me regarding the death of their son which happened under some very curious circumstances. No one else was willing to look into it and I took on the case and was successful in not only obtaining the family compensation but getting them answers and some closure as well.
How did you build a successful practice?Hard work. Treating people fairly. Partnering with like-minded lawyers. Finding good employees and keeping them happy.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Someone who can relate to them and their issues. Someone who is not afraid to work hard. Someone they feel they can trust.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Very, especially in rural areas like the ones where my practice is focused.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?A good idea if there is a case to be looked into or not. Alternative ideas or strategies if it is something that I cannot handle.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The basics (names, dates, documents) are always needed but more information is always better then less
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I have focused my practice on personal injury cases only.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping people who truly need help.
What are your other interests in addition to law?My family, sports, reading.
Are you involved in your community?Yes, I volunteer in many areas and am very active with my children's school and sports programs.
