About Evan
Evan D. Prochniak, born in Staten Island, New York, attended The Pennsylvania State University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Business Law. He received a J.D. from St. Thomas of Villanova University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Prochniak concentrates his transactional practice on counseling businesses and real estate investors with development, transactional and compliance matters.
His clients includes mortgage and title companies, as well as several insurance related entities. Evan has assisted many entrepreneurs in making their business ideas become profitable, legal entities and has helped new and existing businesses develop and grow. From first-sight to closing, Evan also represents many real estate clients (commercial and residential) -- counseling on every aspect of their transaction (including mortgage financing and title concerns).
Currently licensed in Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Broker and Title Insurance Producer, Evan has previously worked as a stockbroker where he obtained Series 7 and Series 63 certifications.
