Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Nicole has a passion for serving local residents. Nicole serves as an advocate for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”), volunteering her time to assess the needs of neglected and abused children who have been placed in the local court system. Nicole also volunteers her time to Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, providing pro bono representation to individuals lacking the financial resources to pay for legal services. Nicole’s commitment to the community was recognized in 2014 when she was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. Nicole Iuliano is committed to client satisfaction, which is supported by her Avvo five (5) star client rating. Nicole Iuliano’s legal practice is heavily concentrated in the area of family law and child custody. She also provides legal services in a broad array of other practice areas, including: animal law, contracts negotiation, criminal defense, DUI defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, wills and probate. Prior to attending law school, Nicole Iuliano served as a legal assistant and legal office administrator to the late Henry E. Davis for nearly a decade. During her tenure in that position Nicole worked closely with Mr. Davis in various areas of his general practice, including domestic relations/family law, animal law, equine litigation and administrative hearings, real estate litigation, business litigation, business formation and probate/estates. In that capacity, Nicole Iuliano gained a great deal of experience in the area of family law, and developed a passion for serving clients with an eye toward amicable resolution of their very personal divorce and custody matters. Nicole Iuliano earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

Chase is from Berea, Kentucky. He attended Berea Community Schools and went on to the University of Louisville where he obtained his B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Latino Studies. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was awarded the Barack H. Obama Presidential Legal Service Award in 2018. In 2018, he was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Chase is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, The Fayette County Bar Association, The Madison County Bar Association, and the Laurel County Bar Association. Chase’s primary areas of practice include criminal defense, personal injury, family law, estate planning, probate administration, and civil litigation. Chase has a passion for justice and is committed to success in the courtroom.

Jane Butcher was born in Martin, Kentucky and attended Margaret Hall School in Versailles, Kentucky. She graduated from Collins High School in West Virginia and went on to attend George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Butcher graduated with B.A. degrees in political science and philosophy from Eastern Kentucky University. Ms. Butcher received a Master’s Degree from the University of Kentucky and went on to the prestigious Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana where she received her J.D. degree in 1981. As a student at Tulane University, Ms. Butcher clerked for Hon. J. Bennett Johnston, United States Senator in Washington, D.C. Ms. Butcher returned to Kentucky and began her legal career opening the Butcher Law Office, PLLC in 1983 where she concentrated her legal practice in the area of criminal defense, divorce and family law. She has handled thousands of criminal cases, including death penalty and homicide cases. She has also dedicated her career to representing many clients in their divorce, child custody, and adoption cases. Ms. Butcher was joined in her legal practice by her daughter, Erin Butcher Hjersted in 2002 until 2010 when she left the practice to care for her daughter, Lucinda Jane Hjersted. In 2020 Ms. Butcher joined the office of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for Whitley and McCreary Counties as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney where she prosecuted homicide and death penalty cases. Ms. Butcher is licensed to practice law in all Federal Courts and in all courts in Kentucky. Ms. Butcher has been dedicated to “client service” for more than forty years and is pleased to join with the Law Offices of Croley & Foley to continue that service.
