About Felicia
Felicia A. Nadborny concentrates her practice in the areas of franchise and general corporate law. Ms. Nadborny represents the firm's franchise and distribution clients in planning and implementing national and international franchise programs through the preparation of franchise agreements, franchise disclosure documents and ancillary documents.
Ms. Nadborny also serves corporate clients through a broad range of services, including mergers and acquisitions; the preparation and negotiation of domestic and international contracts; corporate organization and reorganization; employment and shareholder agreements; licensing and investment agreements; and real estate matters.
Ms. Nadborny is a 2006 graduate from St. John's University School of Law, where she was the Executive Research and Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. She also published Leap of Faith' Into Bankruptcy: An Examination of the Issues Surrounding the Valuation of a Catholic Diocese's Bankruptcy Estate in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was awarded the Justice Harold Birns Award for the best note in a student journal.
