Absolutely the rudest lady I have ever had the misfortune to speak to on a state level, let alone engage with on a professional level (if you can even call it that). I cannot believe the state of Florida would hire someone of that caliber to represent them.

Can never talk to anyone about your case.They dont answer phone calls and they dont call after a message has been left. SMH

Alice was not helpful AT ALL. She did not communicate with her client. nor did she fight against the state attorney. She literally shook her head with barely any words. It was shameful and very disappointing.
