So far, I am VERY impressed. Kristin and her team are super communicative, diligent, & most importantly - ACTUALLY care. Court hearings haven’t happened yet, but I am almost certain that I have nothing to worry about. After going through a plethora of lawyers already - just off our initial meetings/discussions & hearing the great things when I name drop her; I’m almost certain she will be my forever lawyer for all things applicable. Shes confident, real, & most all helpful with calming me down & staying focused on what’s at hand. I’ll update this after results from court hearings coming up.

Kristin represented me in an employee discipline issue against the Virginia Beach Police Department. I can't say enough positive things about Kristin and how she handled my case. She and her staff were responsive to all my questions, which there were few because she kept me constantly updated and apprised of any changes to my case. She guided me throughout the process and helped me navigate what could have been a very confusing process. She helped my have some peace of mind in what was already a stressful time. Because all attempts to reach a fair and equitable settlement were unsuccessful, my case ended up going to a Personnel Review Board hearing. In my opinion, Kristin shined at the hearing. Due to my profession, I've spent many hours in the courtroom and I've seen many attorneys in action. Kristin was as good as any I've seen and far exceeded most. She was completely prepared for the hearing and knew the details of my case in and out. The fact that the board reached a decision in my favor (far better than the settlement we had offered), was in my opinion largely due to Kristin's professionalism and ability. Her rates were entirely reasonable, better than some other attorneys with whom I had conferred. Although I hope I am never in a position to need her services again, if I were, I would not hesitate to hire her again.

7 cities law did a great job handling my criminal case. My lawyer was very detailed and efficient. Once my case was dismissed, she even filed to have my charge expunged. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a great criminal attorney.

Kristin Paulding is a wonderful lawyer who knows exactly what she is doing. She is pragmatic and displays confidence in the courtroom. From what I have seen, the judges know her and trust her word, which goes a long way. Her assistant, Maryanne is very kind and empathetic. She helped me to feel calm and reassured throughout the whole process. These two are the dream team! 10/10 recommended!

Kristin Paulding is amazing attorney. I could not have gotten any luckier the to have had her assigned as my attorney. She is actually an amazing person all around. She cares not only about your case but cares about you and how you are handling things throughout your legal ordeals. I had her for one case and had another overlapping it and she was more then willing to take it on as well and got the absolute best outcomes I could have possibly gotten. With her knowledge of both prosecuting and defending gives her the ability to show you every possible outcome that could be an end result. I will always call her first, if I ever need a lawyer again!!!
