Dawn was very honest and thorough. I wasn’t getting my workman’s comp insurance and she came right in and took care of things. She explained the process and I was very appreciative of that. She did everything she told me she would do. She kept her appointment time with no delays. When I met Dawn she brought me in right away and was able to answer all my questions. The staff is also very good; she has a great team. It was perfect. Dawn is a very good attorney.

Working with the firm was wonderful. There were so many things I didn’t know to ask before I talked to them. I felt like Dawn really covered me from a to z. I was dealing with workman’s comp and had no clue of any of the rules. I hate to say it but I was ignorant in the area. Without her knowledge I wouldn’t of had a fighting chance. I wasn’t a number I was a person. There’s never been a time that I’ve called where someone didn’t answer my questions. A lot of times you call a lawyer and might get an answer a week later. That didn’t happen with Dawn, I’ve always gotten an answer within a few hours. I’ve even had her answer me on Sunday and no lawyers ever do that. Dawn was the one person who was honest with me and showed me reality.
