I see the good reviews are coming from former employees or family (family friends). When we walked in (as customers) & very politely asked for some assistance to fill out a form to be able to send it back in, we were very rudely answered “well, did we do your taxes?” Where I replied “turbo tax is where I filed” & she immediately turned us away saying “well you just have to read & you should be able to figure it out, I will amend the return to help you fill it out” which is clearly NOT the best thing she could do for us. I also spoke over the phone with her where she rudely informed me she would charge $25 to fill out the form, nothing was said about amending it. Anywho, I know I am supposed to read it, I did NOT understand what it was asking, therefore I asked for further help & obviously came to the wrong place. Wish there was a zero stars option & legal right to slap someone in the face for being rude for no reason, save your breath & time by going elsewhere!

Darline Martinez is a wonderful, beautiful person who taught me so much when I worked for her. She is very honest and if you want the most accurate tax return there is nobody better. Darline Martinez, owner, has over 35 years of tax experience. This woman is reputed as having a positive energy and a beautiful office (look out for the elephants). Many people who arrive to her office often become lifelong clients. With her no nonsense attitude she serves clients of all walks of life and none ever leave disappointed or ill informed.
