This place is very rude and unprofessional. The receptionist needs to work on having better phone etiquette and customer service. I would not recommend this title company to anyone. If you want a title company who is rude and very short be my guest. The branch manager should have a conversation with their receptionist she doesn't represent this company well at all. She is the front face of the company and she wouldn't help me at all and cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. I've worked with great title companies in my profession and this company has a bad reputation. Beware before you think about using them.

Beautiful location, but be careful if you are not a realtor that uses them regularly. Title companies are supposed to be neutral third parties, but this was not the case we encountered. The escrow agent vm was rude and very short in conversations. We encountered an unkind attitude on more than one occasion. First when the contract was brought to her and we asked for a copy. Second, when we asked for an email copy of the T-47 Affidavit and Survey. After the buyers loan fell through on the day of closing. It was more than difficult to get her to timely send a certified letter to the buyer and buyers agent to request release of earnest money. Very disappointed in the service and will take this listing down the street to Independence Title in Colleyville where all parties are treated fairly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Closing on Friday and you still haven't paid the real estate agent! And you won't answer your phone or return a voice mail. Real estate agents STAY AWAY!!!!
